Early this year the entire world changed as a result of the Covid-19 virus. For some people this change also affected how they interact with their attorneys. The Altman Law Firm had to adjust as a Miami Personal Injury Law Firm in order to effectively represent our Personal Injury clients as it has done since 1998. Our office building shut down, we began working remotely, we met with clients via video chat, as well as many other things that ensured the continue successful representation of our clients.

The Altman Law Firm litigates many cases. How cases were litigated changed as well. Prior to the pandemic almost all cases required many in court appearances in courts all over Florida. Almost all courts have changed to remote video appearances. It actually allows for a much more efficient handling of disputes during the litigation process. Jeffrey S. The mediations have been remarkably efficient and our clients have been happy with the results.
